We were ok bringing our water bottle down to the pool that day. As of April 1st we are only allowed 1 towel that doesn’t even cover half of the plastic lounger so we had to bring bath towels from the room to use so we wouldn’t get burnt from the hot sun beating on the plastic loungers.
Prior to April 1 everything was fine at the pool. We have been at this resort since March 27 and are staying until April 7. Here are pictures of the comforter on the bed before and after which they gave me AFTER they took the one they said it was bird feathers.
I was SICK for a few days and was curious if they even cared. I made a report and was called days later to get my input on this issue. I went to the front desk and they refused to smell my pillow. I had her call her super and she blew it off. She told me about the black spores in my blanket were feathers and I am allergic to them. OH, MY GOODNESS! I went out to see room service. Not until I held it up to the window did I see this. I stood up and the pillow was rank with this smell, then tore the covers off the bed. Went back to the room and I told my wife I smell metal or diesel fuel. Went to breakfast and could not eat, faint and groggy. We stayed 10/6 to 10/9 this October 2023.
